What you get

A crew, not a production company

You're hiring a senior shooter and a curated team of operators, not a company with overhead, account managers, and a chain of approvals. Decisions happen on WhatsApp, not in a CRM. That's a feature, not a bug.

Pro gear, professional output

Full professional camera, lens, lighting, and sound packages — owned and maintained, not rented last-minute. We can match whatever spec your production needs, and we scale the kit to the brief.

Flexible and scalable

Need a one-person crew for a quick interview? Done. Need a DP, two camera ops, a sound recordist, and a gaffer for a three-day shoot across Amsterdam and Rotterdam? Also done. The crew scales up and down cleanly, because we work with the same trusted people regularly.

Why international producers book us first.

  • No back-office, no overhead. You're not paying for an account team, a receptionist, or an office in Amsterdam Zuidas. You're paying for the crew and the gear — that's it. Faster, cheaper, and more fun.

  • 13+ years of production experience. Including TV. We've been on chaotic sets, tight sets, and smooth sets, and we know which is which within the first hour.

  • A crew that's great to be around. Our people bring calm, structure, and enthusiasm on set. Experienced pros who are also genuinely nice humans — which matters when you're in hour 11 of a shoot day.

  • We flex to your workflow. Full end-to-end production if you want it. Or: brief us, we show up, we shoot, we transfer footage, we're out of your hair. Whichever fits how your team works.

  • Footage handover built for overseas editors. Organised, labelled, proxy'd, and delivered via Frame.io, Dropbox, secure FTP, or physical drives. Review loops across timezones are standard.

  • English-speaking, local knowledge included. We handle venues, vendors, and the small practical stuff in the background so your producer can focus on the creative.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No — and on purpose. We're a senior shooter plus a curated crew of pros. No offices, no overhead, no account managers between you and the people actually holding the camera. If you want the reassurance of a big production company with a finance department and three levels of approval, we're not the right fit. If you want a pro crew that gets the job done with zero drama, we are.

  • Both, your choice. Most international clients book us as a local crew-for-hire: you brief us, we show up with the right kit, we shoot what you need, we hand off the footage, done. But we can also run the full production — pre-pro, permits, locations, shoot, post — if that's easier for your team. Tell us which mode and we'll scope it.

  • Yes. Our baseline is a senior shooter (Béla). From there we add operators, sound, gaffers, grips, PAs, and second units from a curated roster of people we work with regularly. One point of contact, one crew, one delivery — however big the shoot is.

  • A full professional package — camera bodies, cine lenses, lighting, grip, sound. We're happy to share a detailed kit list with specific bodies and glass once we know the brief. If your production needs a specific spec we don't own, we'll arrange the rental cleanly and pass it through at cost.

  • Yes — this is standard. We organise and label footage on set, generate proxies if needed, and deliver via Frame.io, Dropbox, private FTP, or secure physical drives (whatever your post team uses). Review loops across timezones are part of how we already work.

  • Yes, English is our default — most of our clients are international producers and agencies. We also work in Dutch when a local venue or vendor needs it, so your producer doesn't have to worry about the language side of things at all.

  • Amsterdam and the Randstad daily. The rest of the Netherlands regularly. Across Europe within roughly 1000km driving distance (Belgium, Germany, Northern France, Luxembourg, much of the UK) when a brief calls for it. Further afield on request.

  • We don't position ourselves as a full-service fixer — but we have years of local experience and strong relationships with studios, venues, and vendors across the country. We'll handle what's practical for the shoot to happen smoothly, and if a job genuinely needs a dedicated production coordinator or permit specialist, we'll tell you upfront and help you arrange it.

  • Production work is day-rate based for the crew, plus gear and any extras. We scope each job cleanly so there are no surprises on the invoice. Send a short brief — dates, location, scope, deliverables — and you'll get a clear number the same day.
