We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

  • Client data (invoices, project files): 7 years (Dutch legal retention requirement)

  • Analytics / pixel data: as determined by the respective platform (Facebook/Meta, Squarespace)

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We may share data with:

  • Squarespace Inc. — our website platform (hosting, forms, analytics)

  • Meta Platforms Inc. — Facebook Pixel for marketing purposes

  • Accountant / bookkeeper — for financial and legal compliance

  • Freelance crew or subcontractors engaged on specific projects — only what is strictly necessary

All processors are bound by data processing agreements or standard contractual clauses where applicable.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Squarespace and Meta are based in the United States. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as permitted under GDPR Article 46.
