Why international teams hire us for their event video in the Netherlands.
TV production background. Multi-cam, multi-room, moving schedules — we come from that world, so the structure is already in our heads before the event starts.
A curated crew of pros. Camera ops, sound, and second units we trust and work with regularly. Calm on set, easy with speakers, zero drama.
End-to-end or crew-for-hire. We can handle pre-production, filming, and post — or just show up, shoot what you need, transfer footage to your editing team, and be on our way.
Remote editing & approval workflows. We work daily with overseas marketing teams on review loops, footage handover, and timezone-friendly delivery.
One point of contact. Béla runs the job. You brief once. You get the video.
Frequently Asked Questions

Standard turnaround is max 7-10 working days for a 60–90 second highlight reel. If you need a 30-second teaser the next morning or the same day (for social, press, or internal comms while the buzz is still live), we build the workflow for that upfront — it's not a problem, just needs to be scoped.
-
Yes. We scale with a curated crew of camera operators and sound techs we work with regularly. One production lead coordinates the shoot, one delivery, one point of contact. Complex events are where we're actually most useful.
-
Yes. We can take a clean feed from the venue's mixing desk and if needed we can also run our own wireless lavs or shotgun mics as backup. For keynotes, we always record at least two independent audio sources.
-
Both. We can handle the full chain — concept, pre-production, filming, edit, motion graphics, colour, delivery. Or we can act as a local crew-for-hire: you brief us, we shoot, we hand off the footage to your editing team, and we're done. Whichever fits your setup.
-
Yes — this is standard for us. We handle footage organisation, proxy generation, secure transfer (Frame.io, Dropbox, private FTP, physical drives if needed), and review loops across timezones. If your editor is in New York, Singapore, or Berlin, we'll match the workflow.
-
Yes. We cover Amsterdam and the Randstad as standard, the rest of the Netherlands regularly, and we travel for events across Europe within roughly 1000km driving distance. Further afield on request.
-
Event video is usually priced as a day rate for the shoot, plus a scoped post-production budget depending on deliverables (highlight reel, session videos, social cuts, etc.). Send a short brief and you'll get a clear number within 24 hours.
-
Yes — English is our default. Most of our clients are international teams. We also work in Dutch when a venue or local crew calls for it.
