What you get
On-site at your office
We come to you with the full portrait kit — lighting, backgrounds, everything. No one has to travel, no one has to block out half a day, and the whole team looks consistent because we're shooting in one session with one setup.
Relaxed, premium, and fast
Most people hate being photographed. Our whole approach is built around making that feel okay — short sessions, clear direction, a calm set, and frames that actually look like the person at their best.
Delivered in every crop you need
Square for LinkedIn, horizontal for the website, vertical for press, colour and black-and-white. One session, one fee, every format you'll realistically use for the next two years.

Why HR and comms teams hire us for their portraits.
We come to your office. No studio visit, no scheduling nightmare. We set up a temporary portrait station on-site and run the whole team through it in a day.
Consistent look across the whole company. Same lighting, same framing, same grade — so your team page, LinkedIn, and annual report finally look like they belong to the same company.
Great with nervous subjects. We've shot executives, researchers, and engineers who'd rather be anywhere else. The secret is a calm set, clear direction, and not making it a big deal.
Fast turnaround. Edited gallery within a few days, with an easy client link where everyone can pick their favourite.
Working in English (and Dutch when needed). Easy with international teams, easy with local teams.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Comfortably 40–60 people in a standard day with one setup, assuming each person gets a proper 5–8 minute session. For larger groups (think 100+), we scale up with a second setup and assistant. Tell us roughly how many and we'll scope it cleanly.
-
Yes — this is the default and usually the best option. We bring lighting, backgrounds, and everything needed. We just need a quiet room of roughly 4x4 metres with a bit of ceiling height. We'll confirm the space works before the shoot day.
-
Not our own. If on-location isn't an option for you, we have great relationships with studios across Amsterdam and the Randstad and we'll arrange it.
-
Edited gallery within a week, usually faster. Each person gets a client link to pick their favourites, and we deliver final selects in all the crops you need (square, horizontal, vertical, colour, black-and-white).
-
Yes — this is how we usually run it. Everyone gets a private link to their own frames, picks their preferred shot, and we finalise and deliver from there. Far less painful than a comms team choosing on everyone's behalf.
-
For the Netherlands, we travel to any office in the Randstad and beyond as standard. For international teams, we can either travel to the office or coordinate with a trusted photographer in that city to match our look and delivery.
-
Portrait sessions are usually scoped per project — depends on how many people, location, and deliverables. Small team? Big company-wide refresh? Executive shoot with a more editorial feel? Tell us the scope in a short brief and you'll get a clear number the same day.
-
Yes. English is our default working language. We also work in Dutch when it helps.
