ING. A day in the life — from brief to screen.

A corporate video for RING, an internal organisation within ING Bank — produced end-to-end by Ballo Studio, from concept development through shoot day and into post-production.

Internal comms that actually get watched

RING is an internal network within ING — a community with its own purpose, events, and identity within one of the Netherlands' largest financial institutions. The goal was to make that identity tangible for the wider organisation: a "Day in the Life" format video that shows what RING is, who's involved, and why it matters.

That brief requires more than just showing up with a camera. It requires understanding the story before the shoot — getting the framing right so the content lands with the internal audience. Ballo Studio worked with the RING team in the weeks ahead of the shoot to shape the concept: what to show, who to feature, and how to tell it in a way that's honest and watchable rather than corporate and forgettable.

The shoot itself brought that structure to life. Post-production took it to the finish line.

What we delivered

End-to-end corporate video production — from concept development in collaboration with the ING/RING team, through to shoot day and post-production delivery.

The final video is a "Day in the Life" format piece for internal distribution, designed to communicate what RING is and why it exists to a wider ING audience.

The portfolio shows selected frame grabs and behind-the-scenes material from the production.
